The app never works when I need it to. It keeps loading forever even after I clear the cache & storage. I even uninstalled & installed it again but it's still such a hassle to get to work.
Easy to book appts
App works intermittently. Today, there's a spinning circle and I can't use the app. Tried closing and reopening as well as deleting and reinstalling. "Developer contact" just sends you to the front desk e-mail. Some days I can use the app to book and reschedule reservations.

Never let's me reschedule on the app. Miss the old version.
My appointments don't sync.
Horrible new update. Won't let me sign in. Keeps saying my password/username is incorrect but when I use that same info on the web it works.
It's nice to be able to schedule/reschedule a reservation, but there is no option to send reservations to my phone's Calender app. I don't think I get any sort of notification from the app.
